The founders of Columbus Homes Network are Cindy Moen and Tracy Chambers. Columbus Homes Network was founded in 2021; however, our roots go back much, much further. We are partners in business, we are sisters in life.
We were both born in Columbus. We lived in Dublin where our mother was a teacher at Indian Run Elementary and our father worked for Big Bear Stores. Our parents moved to Upper Arlington when we were attending elementary school and we both graduated from UAHS and we both went on to attend The Ohio State University. Cindy graduated in Journalism and I graduated in Communications/Public Relations.
Building and Real Estate has been part of our family for a long time. In 1990, our father started Godfrey and Godfrey Custom Homes. Then in 1996, Godfrey and Godfrey Homes became Godfrey-Chambers Homes when Mark Chambers and David Godfrey joined forces. In 1997, Tracy Chambers acquired her Real Estate License in order to list and sell spec homes for Godfrey-Chambers Homes.
Real Estate was a perfect occupation for me and I was named the Rookie of the Year for HER Realtors. After 6 years of Real Estate, I realized that I needed help and asked my sister; Cindy, to join me! Cindy acquired her license in 2002 and we joined Keller Williams Consultants in 2004 where I was the office manager and Cindy continued to sell Real Estate at a high level.
In 2021, we decided to expand on the Columbus Homes Network and have added a group of amazing Realtors who are ready, willing and able to help our clients with all their Real Estate needs.
